We understand that it can be difficult to get to the gym with daily demands and the pace of life. Gym memberships in addition to fitness training expenses can be costly. Trying to get into shape or, at least for some of us, trying to put exercise into our routine can also be anxiety-provoking, bring out our self-consciousness, and it can keep many of us from even starting on the path to better health.
With that being said, we would like to offer access to affordable workouts in the community with highly-skilled fitness trainers. For $10 a workout, come and build healthy patterns, relationships with like-minded people, and contribute to a community that understands.
Our full body workouts are 60 minute sessions varying in intensity. They are a combination of warm-ups, cardio, strength training, and cool-downs. Every workout comes with modifications based on your fitness level. Let’s make individual and group fitness goals together! The park and beach can give members the ability to bring their children and keep them within eye sight. So, come as your are and as often as you can. Members can seek out additional fitness training sessions with the trainers in addition to the journey workouts.
