Illness Prevention Letter

Illness Prevention Letter

Dear Whole Journey Member,

At Whole Journey, two things are of our utmost importance, your health and wellness.

I wanted to personally reach out to you and provide an update on the actions that we’re offering to help
prevent the spread of illness and support the health and well-being of our members and our staff.

Our offices remain open to serve you. However, if your concerns regarding your health and safety increase, we encourage you to consider using telehealth services, sessions provided via phone and video. These sessions are completed on HIPAA secured platforms to protect your privacy and confidentiality. You might find this option convenient and safe as a temporary resort amid the COVID-19 outbreak. Your clinician is pre pared to accommodate and schedule this option for you.

For those receiving services in our Cheapeake and Richmond offices, we have increased our sanitation processes in alignment with recommendations from the CDC (Centers for Disease Control). Additionally, in our Chesapeake office, we have additional seating outside our suite door and will open another office for additional waiting room space if necessary, to allow for social distancing.

To support our staff, please understand if your clinician opts to work from home, as a precaution due to having known symptoms indicative of cold, flu, or COVID-19.
The telehealth option is not required for you, but our goal is for the Whole Journey family to stay connected, supported and encouraged as much as possible and with minimal disruption to your services during this time.

Best,

Nikissia Craig, LCSW & CEO
