Jeannine Moga, LCSW
We all want to be seen, understood, and respected for who we truly are so we can live up to our fullest potential. It’s also true that life is complicated — and difficult — which makes it tough to see what’s going right amidst what is going wrong. I believe that everyone has the innate capacity to heal in the places they feel broken, to strengthen their relationships, and to grow stronger in the face of illness, chronic stress, and life being “lifey.” I also believe that the right kind of support can make us feel a little less overwhelmed and a whole lot more capable of rising to meet life’s losses and challenges.
My specialty is providing pragmatic, person-centered, and animal-informed therapy to people who are ready to reach for the life — and relationships — they hope for. I tailor my approach to the needs of each client while drawing heavily from cognitive-behavioral, existential, mindfulness-based, and nature-based approaches. Pet people are welcome.
“I’m stuck…,” “This is so much harder than I thought it would be…,” and “Nobody understands…” are my favorite places to start. Let’s work together to help you get back in touch with your best tools and the still, wise voice inside you that knows the next right step on the best possible path forward.
