The Clinical Journey: Developing Clinicians, Leaders & Organizations through Trauma-Informed Supervision & Consultation

The Clinical Journey at Whole Journey

At Whole Journey Services, we believe becoming an exceptional clinician is a journey—not a destination.

The Clinical Journey was created to support clinicians across every stage of professional development, from exploring behavioral health careers to obtaining independent licensure, pursuing advanced specialization, providing clinical leadership, and mentoring the next generation of professionals.

Our mission is to develop ethical, confident, trauma-informed clinicians and clinical leaders through a combination of support, accountability, consultation, mentorship, and professional growth.

The Clinical Journey exists to strengthen the behavioral health workforce by developing clinicians, supporting organizations, and cultivating future supervisors, consultants, and clinical leaders.

We believe excellent clinicians are developed through intentional learning, reflective practice, meaningful feedback, strong professional relationships, and a commitment to lifelong growth. Through supervision, consultation, ongoing development, and community partnerships, we help clinicians strengthen their skills, expand their impact, and build sustainable careers in behavioral health.

Whether you are a student, Resident in Counseling, LCSWA, Supervisee in Social Work, independently licensed clinician, supervisor, consultant, educator, practice owner, or behavioral health organization, The Clinical Journey provides opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to the development of our profession.

Our Philosophy
