We all experience times when extra support is needed. I believe that my role is to help YOU find strength and solutions by creating a safe, non-judgmental space where we collaborate to explore problems and gain new perspectives. My approach is person-centered and my style is open and direct. I am experienced with issues surrounding: depression, self-injury, anxiety, grief, life change, divorce, sexuality, relationships, trauma, and more. My professional background also includes work in community-based counseling, school-based counseling, and career counseling. Additionally, anger management and disability advocacy are specialties of mine. I feel privileged to accompany people as they progress on their journeys, and I look forward to hearing from you so we can discuss the next steps. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Counseling from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and a Master of Science in Counseling from the University of Arkansas.
